I had a feeling it was an ear infection, 'specially cuz you went swimming this weekend. Unfortunately it's just the way the wee ones are made right now, the tubes in their ears are just too small right now. But it doesn't mean you don't have to skip the pool - you can get these foam ear plugs that will block the water from getting into her ears, and there's also a headband type thing - I got that for Nick because he was always prone to ear infections after swimming.<br /><br />I hope she feels better soon!!!<br /><br />Oh - regarding potty training - when Charley's ready, it'll be a piece of cake! I totally understand.<br /><br />Lily is still big on the bottle, she will take a sippy cup but she will drink much better with a bottle. I also don't myself the same as you - no sippy cups or bottles in bed. I was great with Mikayla but I am slacking with Lily in that aspect. We have been going through phases regarding bottle in the bed or not.<br /><br />I emailed midwest mommy about the potty training too so I sat Lily down on the seat and she through a fit. I did train Mikyala starting at age 2.<br /><br />I am glad you had such a fun run. I was hoping he would forget it ever happened and just think it was a dream - you know, didn't want to start any habits!! haha - well, it worked - he has never asked for a cup in bed since. <br /><br />I hope she gets to feeling better.
