Fridge Front Friday

Posting your a list of goals and motivations on the front of your fridge is the perfect way to remind yourself to stay on track.

Jessica over at Pudget: Losing Weight on a Budget (aka the winner of my first giveaway!!) does this thing called Fridge Front Friday - so I decided to try something new and join in!! Sorry Jessica - but since it is my first week and your post from this morning really hit home to me - a lot of mine are the same as yours with little tweaks...I hope you don't mind!!

Oh and as a disclaimer - this list won't go on my Fridge as it is stainless steel and not magnetic. We didn't know this until after we bought it!! Some stainless steel ones are magnetic...just not ours....in a side note...it makes our dishwasher full of letter, number and animal magnets for Charley!

I will start us off with my Fridge Front Friday List for the week. I plan to print my list and put it on my fridge and read a few of these if not all of them each time I look at the fridge.

Carrie's Fridge Front Friday List

Motivation
1. Size 10 here I come.
2. You have to wear a bathing suit in a little more than a month!!
3. You are so close to the 170's!! And to weighing less then Jimmy!!!
4. Goal is so close...less then 10 pounds away to your first goal weight!!

Reminders:
1. Don't give up. You can do it!
2. Track, Track, Track
3. Exercise, Exercise, Exercise
4. Limit your sweets!!
5. Drink your water!!
6. Eat fruits and veggies for snacks!

READ ME!!!
1. Are you really hungry?
2. Drink your water

Goals for the week:
1. Exercise at least 5 days this week.
2. Eat lots of veggie's.
3. Track my points every day.
4. Don't go over my points.
5. Drink lots of water.

Thanks for joining in. It really seems to help me by seeing that list several times a day. I feel like I am always at the fridge getting food and drinks for the girls. :) Good luck this week and I am so jealous of the you being so close to a size 10. ;) Great job!

Superb idea! I just created something similar yesterday - an 11 x 17 fridge poster that marks down the days to our tri with my training schedule including the 30-Day Shred, my personal training workouts, and coming soon - P90X!
