Other then that not much is going on. We both overslept today and were late to work and getting Charley to the babysitter.
My Dad gets to come home tomorrow!! He has to be on a low fat diet for his gall bladder so I am going to make him some low fat blueberry muffins and some snacks. So I need to get going.

I just wanted to say good luck with your half marathon!! I so wish I was headed over to Salida today for mine but there is no way my back will let that happen - I am even having trouble power walking. So instead I am biking for now.
