Just a Menu...I need sleep

Here is my menu...I need to get some sleep - busy day tomorrow. Hopefully I will get some time to post and get my Nike+ up from my 4 1/2 mile run tonight - which was inside again because we are having some INSANE winds here!! Good night all!!
