Short & Sweet

This is going to be short and sweet. I am tired and need to get to bed. Here is my menu - over by 11 - no biggie I had the flex and AP's to cover it. I missed my first workout in 3 weeks of my 1/2 marathon training...kind of bummed about it, but I spent the day at home (when I was supposed to be at work) with Charley who is having a tough time with a cold and teething her back teeth - family definitely comes first and I wouldn't have given up the cuddle time with her for the world. I'll be back tomorrow with my weigh in results...
