Sorry I have been MIA

I have had a busy couple of days and don't see it slowing down any time soon! So this post is going to be short too...

Skiing yesterday was awesome! We had a great time - though today I AM SORE. I will have some pictures to post tomorrow hopefully :)

I had a .8 loss today! I was pumped. I was sure I was going to gain - because after eating out for 2 meals on Friday while skiing - and one of which was fast food, I ended up 5.5 points over all of my points - so I used all of my flex and all of my 35 some activity points. So even though I tracked all week (week 4 done! 8 more to go!) I knew I was going to gain because I went over my points...well I didn't!! I am sure I could have lost more if I didn't, but I'll take .8 any day!!

No working out today - tomorrow it is on for 6 miles. So I should have done some lifting today - but did I mention I AM SORE. So that wouldn't have gone over well with my muscles that are already screaming at me!

Here is my menu for today - I am at home in Delaware for the night - wanted to do some tax free shopping and visit with some friends...back to Baltimore tomorrow.

Congratulations on your .8 lbs loss! That's awesome!! Ditto Sarah, can't wait to see the photos!
