And no excuse really...
Things are going good. Jimmy is still wonderful and incredibly understanding with my wonderful moods. The doggies are great...sitting here staring at me typing because they want their evening walk...but I am pushing it off as late as possible since it is way beyond hot.
Well on the baby front, no changes, no Dr's appts or anything exciting. Though we did tell our parents last week. My mom was so way beyond excited I thought she might have a heart attack. My dad had no clue what to say...but then that is him, so it was good to at least get the reaction I expected. Jimmy told his parents when I was at work...they stopped by on their way through town and he couldn't keep it a secret any longer...which is fine with me, because I was feeling weird about being around when he told his parents. We emailed almost all of our friends (well the ones that we didn't call) and they were all very excited for us :)
I actually have a weekend off. Yes, no weddings (thought last weekend we had one and this coming weekend we have another...) I went and got a cute dress to wear to the wedding next weekend. Which was very exciting that I found a dress that I don't feel fat in and like. See right now, there are NO visible signs of being pregnant, just fatness. So it sucks, though that most everyone now knows we are having a baby, so it is not like anyone would say anything...but I feel fat. I just want a pregnant stomach already...or the energy to go and work out!! Just one or the other...I won't be picky!!
I am currently doing the old -clean during commercials- plan. Since our house is a disaster, because after work I am so tired, and Jimmy works all the time, I am making an honest attempt to at least make the main floor of our house at least presentable. Gosh, I can't remember the last time I vacuumed...that is scary, especially with 3 dogs. ew. I can't believe I just said that. I promise if I were to ever meet any of you in person and you are coming over to my house, that I will clean before you come!! :)
So though I have a weekend off I am hoping to get a lot of resting in and a lot of things done as well...we'll see...so far so good...
My friend Jeannie over at Points and Pounds got a new puppy a week or so ago (and a new house too!) but I can't get over how much her new pup looks just like our puppy Tucker. And we have come to the conclusion that they act exactly alike...god help her ;) Just kidding...she is lucky, she is in for laughs every day, lots of love and lots of paper towels and cleaning up...heehee. You need to go to her site and see a picture of her new baby.
Hmmm...what else. We are off to New Hampshire this weekend for our friend John's wedding. It should be a lot of fun. We are driving tho...and I am the kind of girl who, if the drive is more then 4 hours...I fly. Well NH is 8 hours from here...and we are driving. eh. Well lets say it will be more like Jimmy is driving and I will be sleeping...heehee. At least he knows that is how it will be :) His response to me saying I wanted to fly was..."you'll sleep on the plane or in the car...so we are driving" :)
Yesterday, we took our class at work to the movies :) We went to see Bourne Ultimatum -- and if you like the other Bourne movies...you will LOVE this movie. I thought it was great...though at time the way the camera was moving, gave me a little headache, but once my eyes caught back up, it was fine. But the movie is NON STOP all the way thorough and a definite must see. Plus...it has Matt Damon in it...so you can't go wrong :)
Well I think that is all from here. I need to get these pups on a walk before they all come after me!! :)
Until...
Adios :)

Glad your parents were excited!!! That's so fun. And a weekend off from weddings is also a treat. Hope you spent it relaxing... and youre pregnant, your house is allowed to be dirty!
And I'm thinking about getting some stock in Bounty with Miss Maddie around. She is such the little trouble maker, but so precious all at the same time!
How is the pregnancy going???
Hey - thanks for stopping by my blog and posting a comment! ;)
Thanks for the suggestion on the glucosamine pills, we have already been giving her them twice a day for about two years now and you are right, they have made a noticable change. I was wondering about the asprin I have heard that you can give dogs asprin but wasn't too sure!? :)
I also wanted to say that I checked out your blog and noticed that you have recently been to Belize! We have friends that live there so I have been to Belize twice, both times were good but we stayed more in the city at their home not in a hotel. I didn't see any pics of the ruines? Did you not go see any? That was the best part when I was there! You'll have to go again if you missed them!? :)
Congrats on your recent announcement!! I can't wait till I can also make the "were pregnant" announcement to our family!
