Long Day...

This post is going to be short, because it is after midnight and I am beat...and I need to be up by 7am to be at my 5K tomorrow by 730...

My menu:

Breakfast:
Jello - 1pt
Banana - 2pts

Lunch:
Pizza Bagel - 8pts

Dinner:
Macaroni & Cheese - 22.5pts
Chicken Breast - 6pts

Total = 39.5pts - 24 Daily Points = -15.5 Flex Used (1 Flex Point Remaining)

Tomorrow is going to be tough with only 1 Flex left, (since I am taking my cousin out to dinner as a congrats on finishing her 1st year as a teacher...and it is THE BEST Italian place in town!!) but with my 5K in the morning I am going to earn 5AP's and I am sure that I earned some AP's today with my dog walk, walking while shopping and cleaning...but I didn't count any of them...so hopefully I will be ok tomorrow.
