I am back from Belize, have been for a little less then a week now, but many things have kept me away from blogging...such as, getting life back to normal after one of the best vacations of my life, my husbands birthday (or birthday weekend as he says :)), my boss passing away, my in-laws coming over, etc., etc., etc., I could go on and on...
The trip was amazing and I have some pictures to post, but will need more time then I have right now, so that will have to wait. I have more important things to blog about.
I am re-committing for the last time. I am fully back on Weight Watchers, counting points and I am going to follow in Jeannie's footsteps at Points and Pounds and post my menu every day, no matter how bad it is.
So day one...week one...goal...to get to 175...I am embarrassed to say I am back up over what I started at way back when and am starting at 194.6 so I need to lose 10% of my body weight which will put me at 175.
Many things are contributing to this...one, my husband now officially weighs less then I do, that kills me. He has lost over 50 lbs and I am incredibly proud of him, but it is killing me that I can't lose anything, all I would be so happy with just 15 lbs...and I can't even do that! So I am on a mission. Weight Watchers Hard Core. I have to do this for me and only for me. I need to stick with points every day, week days the most, since with work being so crazy and with me working 2 jobs and playing softball, I do not have time to get to the gym unless it rains during the week, so counting points is crucial.
so here is my menu:
Breakfast:
1/2 of a really nasty smoothie - 1pt - Fruit Serving
watermelon - 1pt - Fruit Serving
Mid Morning Snack:
Apple Chips - 1pt - Fruit Serving
Lunch:
Edemame - 2pts
Green Pepper - 0pts - Vegetable Serving
Carrots - 0 pts - Vegetable Serving
Afternoon Snack:
Strawberries - 1pt - Fruit Serving
Yogurt - 2pts - Milk Serving
Dinner:
Chicken & Cheese Calzone - 13 pts
Crab Won tons - 3.5 pts
Total Points: 25.5 - 24 daily points = 1.5 flex points used (33.5 flex points remaining)
It is supposed to rain 1 or 2 days this week, so hopefully I will get to post about Belize sometime soon. There is so much to tell, some of which you might not believe, but it really did happen :) I swear.

Glad to hear you had a great trip. I can't wait to hear about it, although I certainly understand that it can take a lot of time to post that kind of info.

YAY! Glad to hear you had a wonderful trip. And back on track sounds good! I certainly need to do the same after being home for 5 days! EEEEK! I think I'm almost back to where I started too!
