Today was a good day in the eating department...and all in all a good day.
Today I weighed in at 190.6 down 1.6lbs! Not too shabby. Not as big a loss as last week, but I wasn't expecting that. A loss was all I was looking for.
Here is today's menu:

As for yesterday's menu...it was the day that I took my cousin to the really good Italian place in town as congratulations for finishing her first year teaching 5th grade. So...I only had some frosted mini wheats with skim milk in the morning before my 5k race and then I had a Lean Pocket in the mid afternoon and a skinny cow. That is all I had before dinner, because dinner is so good there and you HAVE to get the crab pretzel as an appetizer, which is amazing with HUGE pieces of lump crab meat on top...after some of that some salad, a bread stick, I only ate about 4 bites of my chicken oscar dinner...chicken with crab meat and brought the rest home for Jimmy, which he enjoyed today. So I only ate 12 points before I went to dinner and since I had earned 5 AP's from my 5K, I had 17 points to eat for dinner +1 Flex point left...but I think that I still ate over the 18 for dinner, but who knows exactly. All I know is that I enjoyed every bit of it :) But one day going over points in 2 weeks isn't going to kill me...though I might have had a bigger loss today. But today and for the rest of this week I am totally back in the groove.
I made another big pot of my crab vegetable soup yesterday I did a double batch and gave half to my dad to take home when they stopped by, so I have that to eat all this week for lunch, so that will help a lot.
The 5K went great...30:09...I was going for under 30, but I didn't make it this time. Maybe next time. The race was great though, because it was only women, and everyone was so supportive and was cheering everyone else on. It was great to see and be a part of that. Jimmy worked at the bar the night before and didn't get home until 530am and still got up and came to watch me run. He is such a sweetheart and supportive husband. He even went to the store during the race and bought me flowers! :) He's too sweet.
Well I need to go and get to bed soon...Class is in session at work until Wednesday. Oh! And today we have had the request come in to have our 3 day course in Germany!! How much would that ROCK! So hopefully sometime in late August I will get to go to Germany...and hopefully Jimmy can come too :)
