FRIDAY :)

Hello All...I am so happy it is the weekend...

Tonight's post is going to be quick because Jimmy and I are going to go out
soon to see "Knocked Up". I can't wait to see it I heard it is hysterical. I will
let you all know what I think tomorrow.

Today was good, a long day at work but other then that not bad. I wasn't
planning on going over by 5 points but I still have plenty of flex points
left for the weekend, though I don't plan on going overboard or anything.
Today could have been a lot worse though...we had our annual ethics
training at work today and they had tons of pizza, chips and cookies! I
didn't know about this ahead of time though so I didn't plan working any
of it in, so I didn't have ANYTHING! NSV I guess :)


Now here is my menu:

Breakfast:
WW English Muffin - 1pt
One Tablespoon Honey - 1pt
One Teaspoon PB - .5pt - Healthy Oil
Watermelon - 1pt - Fruit Serving

Snacks:
Apple Chips - 1pt - Fruit Serving
100 Calorie Pack Hostess Cupcakes - 1pt!! (I am incredibly excited about
this one...I didn't know that they had 5 grams of fiber and were only 1pt!!)

Lunch:
Leftover Pulled Pork Sandwich (Big Roll) - 6pts
Crab Soup - 1.5pts - Vegetable Serving
Green Pepper Strips & Carrots - 0pts - Vegetable Serving
Sugar Free Jello Cup - 0pts

Snack:
Yogurt - 2pts - Milk Serving
Strawberries - 1pt - Fruit Serving
Protein Bar - 4pts (I totally didn't want this, but was stuck in traffic and it
was the only thing in the car! Next time I will be better prepared!)

Dinner:
Turkey Burger - 4pts
Bun - 3pts

Dessert:
Jello Pudding Pop - 1pt
Smarties - 1pt

Total: 29 points - 24 Daily Points = -5 Flex Points (18.5 Flex Points
Remaining)
