Jimmy and I got back yesterday afternoon...and today was day one back to work and the real world...eh. I don't think I was ready, always after a vacation or time away with work, I am never ready to go back to the office, today was no exception.
I didn't go grocery shopping last night like I should have, so today I had no healthy food to take to work for my 6 meals...so I did eat healthy, but just 3 meals today. I went grocery shopping tonight and got all of my fruits and veggies and cut everything up and put them in serving size bags ready for my lunch and meals for tomorrow.
So tomorrow is back on track day, though I did work every every day last week when I was away for work, just not the weekend that I was there with Jimmy. I was back at the gym lifting and doing cardio today and will be there every day this week as well busting my butt to make up for last weekend. So no harm done right? I hope not.
I need to get some sleep so I can get up and get to work, then out of work early to get to the gym since I have to ref tomorrow night...playoffs, so I am almost done with reffing. Bad news though, I just found out that our Thursday night bball league that I was supposed to be playing in starting this week was cancelled due to not enough teams signing up...so now I need to find something else to play to mix it up a little...but I am on 2 softball teams, one on Monday and one on Wednesday, so that will be good once it all gets rolling.
I am out of town for work 4 days next week too...not too far away, just in VA near where I used to live, but far enough away that I need to stay in a hotel, which stinks, meal wise and gym wise, but at least I am back in my old area and know where I can get healthy food and work out. So it should be a little easier. I need to plan better...
